Shipping / Policies


At ActionTableSports.com we care about our Billiard customers and their entertainment needs.

Damaged Goods/Shortages

If you get your product and there appears to be anything that happened during shipping you will need to contact us within 5 days. If any of your ActionTableSports.com items are damaged or missing from the carton(s), please report this to us within five (5) working days of receipt of shipment. If you receive damaged  or open carton(s), a separate claim must be filled with the carrier within five (5) business days. Be sure to sign "subject to inspection and verification" upon receipt of such carton(s). We are not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.

Any boxes arriving damaged or open must be reported to the carrier immediately. Shortages must be reported to us within five (5) business days of receipt of shipment or no credit can be given.

 


Returns

Please call for approval and Return Authorization Number - (801) 885 - 9772. When returning products please include the following information: Return Authorization Number, Invoice Number/Date, Customer Number, Product Number, and Reason for Return.

If for any other reason you decide to return the product you ordered, besides Damaged Goods or Shortages, there will be a restocking fee or handling fee of 20%. We will be happy to replace or credit items that are defective or shipped in error.

ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#). To receive an RA#, please call our customer service representative with the reason for the return. Please clearly mark the RA# on the shipping label. Please include with the return material a completed Return Authorization Form, which was provided with your order. We reserve the right to refuse to credit items returned without an RA#. Any items returned without prior approval will be returned at sender's expense. A restocking or handling fee of 20% will be charged on ALL goods. There will also be a restocking or hangling fee of 6% of your order amount as soon as your credit card has been charged due to processing fees etc. If you decide you don't want a product you ordered before it gets to you but has been shipped the full 20% restocking fee or handling fee will be charged.

RA#'s will remain open for a period of 30 days from the date of issue. Product must be returned within this time period to insure acceptance of product and proper credit to your account. Open RA#'s will be cancelled after 30 days and cannot be reopened if product has not been received. 


Shipping

Our staff will determine the best method to ship. Orders received after 10:00 a.m. central time will be shipped the next working day. Orders over 200 lbs. will be shipped hundred weight service. Regular ground ship orders will be pulled, packed, and shipped in the order in which they are received.

Shipping errors must be reported within five (5) business days of receipt of shipment for return authorization and credit.

Back Orders

Any items back ordered will be noted. Items that cannot be shipped within 15 days will be cancelled.


All warranties are manufacturers warranties. Wasatch Darts and Billiards does not warranty any of the products they sell. By purchasing from Wasatch Darts and Billiards you agree to those terms.

Custom Pool Cues Warranty

Our Custom Pool Cues have a manufacturer warranty against manufacturer defects.

Chalked or abused cues are NOT subject to warranty or return. We are not responsible for normal wear and tear or abuse to the tip and/or ferrule or wrap. Used, worn, scratched, or cues with coiled wraps do not constitute a defect.

Once the cue is purchased by the consumer, care of the cue and player abuse is out of our control. Player abuse or neglect does not constitute a defect.

Wasatch Darts and Billiards reserves the right to determine defects for the manufacturer. When determined to be defective, Wasatch Darts and Billiards will get it repaired or replaced at its' option. All returns must have butt and shaft of cue matched and packaged together as one unit, but not screwed together, in a poly bag or other protective wrapping. Unbagged, mismatched, or unprotected cues will not be accepted.

Helpful Hints

When you are not using your cue, keep it in a protective case. Propping your cue up against the wall or counter may lead to warping, scratches, dents, or breakage. Guard your cue against extreme environmental conditions (heat, cold, humidity, and dryness).

For minor nicks and scratches, try polishing the shaft with ultra fine OOO stell wool. Finish polishing by using brown paper or a dollar bill. Rub hard and rapidly until the shaft is smooth.
